Construction Process

At Taylor Made Buildings Pty Ltd, we pride ourselves on the level of craftmanship that goes into each of our buildings.

We make the building process as simple as possible for you, so you can sit back stress free and not have to worry about a thing.

All of our homes take approximately 24 weeks to construct once you have decided on the design and fit out.  See below for a step by step guide to our construction process.

Select a Design

Firstly, choose a design from our huge range (see the "Our Homes" section in this website).  We will discuss with you any alterations or modifications you would like to incorporate.

Quotation

One of our consultants will present you with a quotation, and once you choose to proceed we enter into a sales agreement.

Development Application & Council Submission

Taylor Made Buildings produces plans, development application and construction certificate for council.  We also conduct a soil analysis test

Fit Out Selection

Ladies, this is the fun part! You get to come in and select all the colours, fixtures & fittings for you new home, ranging from paint and tiles to kitchen colours and finishes.  Check out the Design Centre within the website to preselect now, and you can send your selection straight to us.

Manufacture

Once the colours and applications are approved, we are ready to proceed with building your new transportable.  This generally takes approximately 24 weeks depending on the home style and size. We use a steel flooring system and steel frames and trusses to ensure your new home can withstand for years to come.

Delivery

We  arrange a suitable delivery date with you.

Your new Transportable home will be delivered straight to you on one of our specialised trucks, ensuring safe and reliable delivery. We take care of pier holes for standard "M" sil type, 500mm deep filled with 20mpa concrete.

All of our transportable home deliveries are accompanied by our tradesmen to finalise the installation process, making sure it is completely finished when you walk into your new home.
