Transportable Homes FAQ

Q: How long does it take to build a transportable Home?
A: 20-24 weeks construction process.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: Central West of NSW (North/South/West and as far East as Lithgow.

Q: How long does it take to finish the house once it is onsite?
A: 3-4 weeks depending on what onsite construction is involved.

Q: Can we choose our own colours for the home?
A: Yes it is the client's choice

Q: Can we change the plan to suit our needs?
A: Yes, internal layout is flexible to your needs.

Q: Are there any restrictions on transportable homes?
A: We are restricted by transport size that's why some of the bigger homes are 3 & 4 lifts.

Q: Do the homes come complete?
A: Yes, internally everything is completed except for floor coverings as they are done onsite after delivery.

Q: Can we add veranda's?
A: Yes veranda's can be added to any home as a variation. They range in width from 1.8m to 3.5m.

Q: Is there an heating or cooling?
A: No, it is too varied to include in standard prices but can be added as a variation when known which type is required.

Q: Is council approval included within the price?
A: Yes the D.A and section 68 are included.

Q: Are the installation or piers included in the price?
A: Yes if your soli is 'M' Class there is no extra cost.
